Santosh, The general answer to tuning is it depends. As a general rule here are some guidelines.
1. The minimum heap size for G is about 30MB. So depending on the size of your app 128 or so should be fine as a heap size.
2. When defining connection pools you should generally have at least one JDBC connection per thread. Geronimo starts with 50 threads in the WebContainer which for a two way system is pretty good. So make your connections at 50 - 60 (depending on the app of course).
