I don't think there's any way to do this in the geronimo axis
integration. For one thing. we don't have a single copy of axis.
Do we provide a means to provide a server-config.wsdd somewhere
(like under /var) for Axis as its delivered in Geronimo today? Is
there a GBean attribute we can set to provide our own
axis.ServerConfigFile?
We don't use wsdd files at all and there is no global server config
file.
