Do we need a new candidate and vote? This thread was started (with binaries already posted) on Jun 15, 11:02 AM. But there have been changes to the 1.1.0 branch as of Fri Jun 16 9:10 PM. I'm not sure we should carry votes on the old binaries forward to the new binaries.
