Mike, Can you please try with Geronimo Eclipse Plug-in 2.0 as per the instructions at http://people.apache.org/~mcconne/releases/Geronimo_Eclipse_Plugin_2.0_Instructions.txt?
I assume you are using Geronimo server v2.0.1 and Sun JDK 1.5.
