Which version of Eclipse and Geronimo Server are you trying to use?

The latest Geronimo Eclipse Plugin (GEP) 2.1.3 supports -
  - Eclipse Europa (3.3) and Ganymede (3.4)
  - Geronimo Server 2.0.x and 2.1.x
  - Java SE 5 and 6 (but Java 5 is the recommended runtime environment)

Hi,

"1.x snapshot driver" (now I think that exist a new version)...I don't know
where can I find this update. Please, can you be a little more explicit?

This is a known issue, and has been resolved in trunk. You can pull the 1.x snapshot driver available from the daily drivers link and that should resolve the problem.

Hi,

I have installed using Eclipse 3.2 and Geronimo 1.1 plugin. When I try to start the Geronimo server from within Eclipse it starts normally according to the Eclipse console and I have confirmed this by signing on to Geronimo. However, the server tab in Eclipse is still reporting Geronimo starting and after about 4 minutes it indicates Geronimo failed to start and closes down
the server.

Any ideas on how to trouble shoot this would be appreciated. Below is my
environment.

OpenSuse 10.1
JDK 1.5.0_07 (Sun)
Eclipse 3.2 build M20060629-1905
Geronimo 1.1
