I see no problems in your code,    I noticed some

d:\dir1\dir2\dir3\yourDirectory


in the log,  can you please tell me what's your deploy method ?  I suggest
exporting EJB to a jar file then deploy it  to geronimo with "deploy.bat|sh
deploy path/to/jar".
