Hi Folks.. I am implementing one clustering algorithm on Giraph. This clustering algo is more or less based upon all pair shortest path algo. while running on big graphs, it is taking hours to generate one cluster.
can anyone suggest any link as an alternative for all pair shortest path algo ,which should scale with big graphs? Thanks.. Best Regards Jyoti
