Giraph will probably want to have the entire class package name (at least that is what works for me) in the argument. Hence, if you re sure that is the class you want, use
"-ca org.apache.giraph.examples.RandomWalkWithRestartComputation.MAX_SUPERSTEPS=10" For me, I found that I wanted to change the value in the RandomWalkVertex class (with "-ca org.apache.giraph.examples.RandomWalkVertex.maxSupersteps=2"), but this was for a different example, so your mileage may vary.
