I figured unmanagedClasspath out (or at least I thought I did) before looking too hard at finishing getting artifact dependencies working. Maybe I'll have to to solve my next problem, though. How can I make sure that when I jar a project it includes the dependencies it has in order to run. I like the default jar gradle creates which includes only the compiled classes, but then I would like to make a bigger jar with those and everything else it depends on. Is example 9.7.3 (dist/zip example) the most relevant for doing
so? Thanks again for all of your help.

0.1.5 will have merge functionality. In fact, this is already implemented in svn. 0.1.5 is probably going to be released this week. If you want to use merge right now, you have to build from svn (or ask me, and I can upload a snapshot).
