I've checked out the trunk from svn so I could test the PDF but am
getting the following errors. When I check in build/docbook/src
introduction.xml is indeed missing.
It looks like the XInclude stuff is not working for some reason on your
machine. I've just checked in an attempted fix - could you update and
try again?
