It seems that the jar generated during :libs (aka :jar) always uses the
directory name of the project directory as the base name for the created
jar. Only when the jar is installed to the local Maven repository is
the base name specified by archivesBaseName used. This strikes me as
wrong. If I specify archivesBaseName in the build.gradle, my
expectation is that the jar created during :jar would use that as the
name. Or am I missing something simple and obvious?
