Hi Craig,
I think there is actually no complete List of available. The plugins,
gradle is shipped with, are described in the userguide. Other plugins are
not listed yet. Since there is no plugin eco system established yet, We
should add a chapter to the gradle cookbook (
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GRADLE/Cookbook ).
