It is similar. GRADLE-576 helps when the artifacts aren't available for
some reason. But we also want to handle the meta-data being missing or
unavailable as well.
I am not sure of how much overlap there is between -n and
dependencyReport, so maybe not.
The dependencyReport and -n are the same thing. When you run with -n,
Gradle runs the dependencyReport task.
