Just to note.

doing -Pinstall_installPath=\opt\gradle (from c:\opt\gradle-git) caused it to 
Build Successfully, but it put the files such as:

c:\opt\gradle-git\opt\gradle

So it worked, just didn't "respect" the first forward slash
