what do you mean by this ? AFAIK eclipse plugin generates files for WTP
an example of my project (see the last line):
gradle -t :core
:core:eclipse - Generates an Eclipse .project and .classpath file.
-> :core:eclipseCp, :core:eclipseProject
:core:eclipseClean - Deletes the Eclipse .project and .classpath files.
:core:eclipseCp - Generates an Eclipse .classpath file.
:core:eclipseProject - Generates an Eclipse .project file.
:core:eclipseWtpModule - Generates the Eclipse Wtp files.
