Hi,
I wondered what the preferred solution would be for:
- executing a system call as a background process
- monitoring a log file originating from that process to see if it
contains a specific log entry (with a timeout, say within 25 secs)
- kill the spawned process if a timeout occurs and fail the build
- should work on linux/osx
Hints, tips & tricks appreciated!
