Your server should use Gradle's repository as remote repo -
http://gradle.artifactoryonline.com/gradle/

As you can see, the plugin is there -
http://gradle.artifactoryonline.com/gradle/webapp/browserepo.html?pathId=plugins-releases-local%3Aorg%2Fjfrog%2Fbuildinfo%2Fbuild-info-extractor-gradle%2F1.0.1%2Fartifactoryplugin-1.0.1.gradle
