John Murph and I wrote a small gradle script to publish files to our internal
maven repo, which has worked great. Recently we have tried to upload some
large files, if the file is larger then 10 megabytes gradle throws a could
not publish the configuration error. I could not find any information that
suggested the IVY tasks used have a limitation on the upload size.
