I've had some success running cobertura on a multi-project build, but have
had problems with it seeming not to instrument for certain modules(not sure
why). I had looked at the clover.gradle setup on http://github.com/geb/geb
and was going to try following that as a model and see where it took me.
Note that there is also configuration in build.gradle to handle aggregation
of results. Hope that helps!
