Doesn't seem to set the -Xbootclasspath on the javac command :-( There is also an apparent inconsistency: bootClasspath is in options for compileJava but directly on test, there is no test.options.bootClasspath. Also the Compile.getOptions method returns a CompileOptions instance which is not documented in the API. This makes it impossible to experiment and discover what may or may not work. If the expectation is for advanced users to work out stuff, then the documentation should support them -- I do not think it is appropriate to say "read the source code". I wonder therefore if all classes should be documented, even the private ones. Grumpiness due to frustration nothing more. -- Russel. ============================================================================= Dr Russel Winder t: +44 20 7585 2200 voip: sip:[email protected] 41 Buckmaster Road m: +44 7770 465 077 xmpp: [email protected] London SW11 1EN, UK w: www.russel.org.uk skype: russel_winder
