Yes.

We want to add the concept of documentation to Gradle, plus some abstract 
plugins to deal with the lifecycle aspects of building, bundling, releasing and 
publishing documentation. Then, there will be some concrete plugins which add 
the details for certain types of documentation. Exactly which of those concrete 
plugins are 'official' plugins and which are community plugins is yet to be 
figured out.

This is just historic, and we haven't gotten around to merging the Gradle stuff 
and the jdocbook stuff. The plan at the moment is to tackle documentation after 
Gradle 1.0 is out.
