The Antlr plugin defines a special configuration named 'antlr' that
users are supposed to use to identify the Antlr artifacts.
However, it has been brought to my attention that these jars files are
not being added to the generated poms. Is the appropriate expectation
that the user define this artifact twice? If the artifacts from 'antlr'
should get added to the pom, what changes need to be made to the plugin
to accomplish that?
P.S. For Antlr 2 at least the build time and run time aspects of Antlr
are in the same jar file. That changed in Antlr 3. If that makes a
difference.
