[gradle-user] Incremental Publish

Gradle has this nice feature of incremental build, however in the end
all artifacts will get published again to the repository no matter if
the sources change or not. Shouldn't there be support for incremental
upload as well, only upload if in fact the content (not the build number
or timestamp) of an artifacts changed? Thanks.
