I also prefer a predictable directory structure over a generated one... I see I could play with Maven dependencies and do "gradle install" to get the jars from ".m2", but I don't know if 2 different places are really necessary... While I'm in the middle of migrating ANT build.xml and Maven pom.xml to Gradle, I would prefer to get the M3 directory structure!
