Hi,
we're struggling here getting a Maven dependency to work in our Gradle
powered build (that's Gradle 1.0-m4). The problem is with the httpmime
artifact. We had a look at the POM and the ivy descriptor on Maven Central,
and couldn't find anything wrong with it (for what it's worth). For some
reason, Gradle will never download any JAR artifacts for that module (just a
POM and the sources).
Here's our dependency declaration:
compile('org.apache.httpcomponents:httpmime:4.0.3')
and here's what Gradle will download:
We've tried different versions of that artifact, but Gradle never pulls down
any JARs (the jars/ folder in the artifact cache does not exist, I checked
that). Other dependencies work fine, so we suspect it *is* something related
to that particular artifact, but since we don't know what else to try, we
were wondering if anyone here with more Gradle experience can help us out?
Muchos gracias!
