My gradle build (1.0 MS 3) is downloading the dependencies however it
seems to be getting stuck at 24KB of 1.07MB downloaded and just sits
there.
Is it possible to add retries, timeouts, and mirrors of a mavenRepo?
It's been stuck for a while now and I cancelled it and restarted and
it still only downloads a few KB and gets stuck.
