This has come up again, again with JMockIt.  I inject dependency on junit
into all sub projects, but a few subprojects use jmockit as well.  For those
projects, jmockit must come first on the test classpath.

I haven't found a clear way for the subproject to control this.  Can't
reorder dependencies in the configuration, can't delete and re-define the
configuration...I guess I could create a new configuration, and change the
sourceSet's test classpath...
