Hi all, We've finally got a solution together for email notifications of new posts to the new forums. If you login you will see a big button near to top of the right hand pane that you can use to manage your subscription status.
http://forums.gradle.org If you subscribe to these notifications, you will receive an email for each new post that is made, but you won't by default receive notifications when there are replies made to posts. Inside the notification email however, is a link that you can click to “follow” the topic which means you will then get email notifications for all replies and comments made on that topic. This should hopefully allow you to follow topics that interest you while not being spammed by conversation around topics that you aren't interested in.
