Guac throws connection errors spuriously

Hi

Our users experience spurious diconnections when using Guacamole. Its fairly
common.

They log out an in again to try to resolve. Sometimes admins have to kill
the session to get them back in.

Is there somewhere (logs) I can interrogate to find out why this might be
happening?
