A couple of follow-up questions for you...
- Did you also upgrade guacd (Guacamole Server) when you upgraded the
client packages?
- Did you run the SQL schema update scripts to update the SQL Schema from
the 0.9.9 version to 1.0.0?  Or did you start with a fresh MySQL DB and
import the 1.0.0 schema directly?
