I run my guacamole VM instance as a CentOS server minimal install, then install
what's only required for the guacamole solution to run on an 2 vCPU, 4GB RAM,
16GB storage VM and then connect that to the required desktops needed wherever
they are.

I'm trying to workout the solution you have laid out in order to find a
resolution, have you just installed everything, installed guacamole after and
hoped it takes care of itself? Are you running other services on said instance
too?

Its chewing up allot of RAM ain't it!

-I'm even attempting to run the Guacamole VM instance entity inside a RAMDisk
to see if any speed-up's take place.
