Yeah, sounds like it could be permissions-related.  A couple of questions
to try to help resolve this:
- What user account is Tomcat running as?
- What user account is guacd running as?
- Have you checked the folder specified in the drive redirection to make
sure the user(s) running Tomcat and guacd have the correct access to the
folder?
