Hi Mao, I'm assuming by "video" you mean that you recorded the connection with guacd, then took the recording file and encoded it with guacenc.
While I'm fairly certain that the recording file from gaucd contains all the audio data, currently guacenc does not produce video files with audio so you're not missing anything in your setup.
