Auto CAD will have two settings, software rendering and GPU rendering. If you do not have a GPU use software rendering, if you do have a GPU then use GPU rendering. You will also need to make sure that you have VM Tools installed if you are virtualized. If this is a physical system via RDP you will want to make sure RDP settings are set to GPU passthrough.
