I have a Guacamole server with version 1.1.0. It had been using for three months, and out of nowhere the server started to consume a lot of memory. Checking the top or smem and the guacd processes is what consumes the machine's memory until it overflows. When the memory and swap runs out, the operating system kills some guacd processes, bringing down some users.
