I can think of one or two, but I'm curious what your use-case it. You're certainly welcome to start developing it and bring it to the community - I don't think it would take all that much effort to just extract the current web components and build an application out of it, but I currently don't have time to tackle it, and I have enough other outstanding things to clean up for the upcoming release that I won't be able to spend any time on it. -Nick
