Apologies, I was testing with the local guacadmin after the upgrade and that is
why it was not working. After logging in with an ldap account, it works
perfectly.

Thanks.

I was on version 1.2.0. The extensions in use are quickconnect, jdbc-mysql,
saml and ldap, all are the 1.3.0 versions.

Thanks

Hello,
I upgraded to 1.3 and the existing connections that were using the login
variables ${GUAC_USERNAME} and ${GUAC_PASSWORD} do not work anymore. I tested a
connection by removing this and it worked. Is there a setting that needs to be
changed to make these work again, or will I need to remove them from the
connections?

Neither - there shouldn't be any issue with using these.

Can you provide any more details? Upgraded from which version? What extensions
are in use?

- Mike
