The system is specifically designed and intended to provide access to a variety of connections for multiple users concurrently, with no assumptions regarding whether the connections made available to each user are logically different. Is there anything on the network between your users and Guacamole that might be interfering with connections? Do you see any warnings or errors in the logs when you see unexpected behavior?
