Unfortunately when you use an Identity Provider Guacamole itself never handles the password (by design).
Guacamole 1.3.0 released with the prompt feature where when configured for SAML or OIDC RDP connections would send a prompt back to adhere to NLA. So the user will need to enter their password again there.
