Not sure what Core i3 CPU, but it looks like most of them are 2-core CPUs.
I seem to recall that Mike had put together some performance data that
indicated that a _rough_ guideline for performance was 25 concurrent
connections per CPU core. That's rough, because it depends on the kind of
workload you're running (I don't know what tally software is), but that's
what sticks out in my mind. You have 30 concurrent connections per CPU
core, so you're definitely above that connection to core density - that
could explain the high utilization that you're seeing.
