1.  None of the users can play video. Their RDP sessions work in kiosk mode 
(set through a GPO) accessing an accounting software
  2.  Guacamole servers are part of an auto-scaling group (on AWS). Each server 
is c5n.large (5.25GB RAM and 2 vCPU). On any day, at least 2-3 servers are 
deployed and load balanced.

Hello everyone!

After switching to 1.4.0, many of our users are reporting freezing of RDP 
sessions at regular intervals. We handle about 70 simultaneous user sessions. 
Is anyone facing similar issue with 1.4.0 or it could be something to do with 
just our infrastructure?
