I would try with:
<VirtualHost *:4443>
ServerName guacamole.mountolive.com
...................
</VirtualHost>
Where "..................." means to use your actual content, you can
change guacamole.mountolive.com with what you want/like.
Remember to restart apache after you have edit the file.
