Hi there,

I am testing Apache Guacamole 1.4.0 for ssh and rdp sessions in a customer
environment, there is an issue when using RDP to a Windows host, where the
alt keys won't work for some special characters when we try to insert the
password , e.g. '@' , only workaround is to use on-screen keyboard (for
reference we are using Portuguese-PT keymap on our macbooks). While doing
ssh to a linux host, there are no issues with the alt key. We are trying to
provide our customer a solution for single point of access to their
network, although there's a workaround, it might not be a solid improvement
from the customer point of view.
That being said, is there any other way to get around it?

For context, an earlier version of guacamole was already tested (1.3.0) ,
and that issue was already presented. Also when reading the release notes
of 1.4.0 , I acknowledged that the .war binary should work fine with
components of earlier versions, in this case 1.3.0, so I have deployed most
recent .war on the Web App Manager we had already running since then
(Apache Tomcat 8.5) and deployed it, and it was running without any issues
on launch, except the situation I have described earlier.
