That looks like a git snapshot rather than a stable release. Were there warnings from the guacamole-server build in that regard? The build is written to recognize and refuse to build against dev snapshots of FreeRDP, as there are variations in memory behavior between FreeRDP versions that cannot be detected except through version number comparisons. You are probably running into specifically this:

At the time the above comment was written, this was the case for Debian stable, but this is now Debian oldstable.
