Hi! I had a very similar issue not long ago. The specific log @Nick is referring *should be at*: /var/log/tomcat9/catalina.out Based on your Linux distribution it may be located elsewhere. The error message should be there and can be triggered when you try to login to guacamole. Hope it helps! David.
