You can go in your windows performance settings and set it like this
In Guacamole go to connection settings and try and set the color depth to 256 and Resolution DPI to 96, this should give you a cleaner result. Thank You Sean Hulbert Security Centric Inc. I do not know exactly how can you improve the RDP resolution as the RDP Windows Client automatically adjusts the resolution based on the windows connection. Nor I do not know if changing the code will help. You could connect to the console of the windows host or server itself to adjust the native resolution. That said, in order to save BW and make tbe connection more efficient to be drawn and used over Guacamole, several optimizations are made to the connection that simplify the GUI and the animations it supports. You can disable these optimizations which while it will look better, it will consume more resources and BW. The connection parameters can be modified on the user-mapping.xml file or the connection itself when using the DB auth extension. Hope this helps, David.
