There is no tsclient drive. The entry you see in Windows explorer there is Windows' representation of the connected client, not a drive.

You might be seeing the stale contents of an explorer window from a previous remote desktop session. If you close and re-open the explorer window, does the drive appear?

We haven't changed anything on the backend.

Do you see any errors or warnings in your guacd logs?

Might anything have changed in your Windows GPOs?
