This can only be done if you use different Windows user accounts or
different Windows servers for each distinct RemoteApp. This is because
Windows will automatically close the existing session and unify all
RemoteApps for that user under the latest connection attempt. Guacamole
has no control over this behavior.
The same happens with .rdp files, as well - it only appears to not
happen because of how the Windows RDP client renders RemoteApps. You
actually still end up with only one active RDP connection containing all
RemoteApps for that user.

Probably so, yes, but it's a bit unclear what you're asking for, so
you may have to clarify. In general:
* Guacamole can connect to different servers, or different sessions on
the same server. This is largely going to depend on how your RDP
server is configured, but Guacamole can do that.
* You can connect to multiple sessions or servers concurrently from a
browser, and you open those sessions in new browser windows or tabs.
Guacamole also has a built-in method for handling multiple sessions in
the same tab, so there are options.
