Logging into Guacamole using LDAP does not depend on group membership.
It depends only on (1) the structure of your LDAP tree, which must be
accurately described to Guacamole via configuration properties and (2)
any additional LDAP user filter provided to narrow the set of users
available.
If the users related to the additional groups you mention are in other
parts of your tree, you may need to consider using a different base DN
so that Guacamole can see those users, as well, but group membership
does not affect this. It would only have an impact if you configured an
LDAP user filter that narrows the set of users to only those that are
members of certain groups.
