I think others who were running in Docker were seeing this same issue - I've yet to encounter it on my native install of 1.5.4, so it seems like something related to either the Docker image or the host platform. Unfortunately I don't really know what to tell you to look for at the moment - anything that indicates, at a system or container level, that limits are being imposed on guacd that would cause it to not be able to allocate the connections... -Nick
